Food Vending Booth Space

Premium – $1000

This 10’ x 20’ category is for vendors selling food that is cooked or prepared onsite, including hot food, as well as cold foods. A premium booth ensures a prime location at the venue.

Food Truck Premium – $1000

This category is exclusively for food trucks that are fully equipped for food preparation and sales within a self-contained vehicle.
A premium booth ensures a prime location at the venue.
Please note: All food trucks must supply their own generator, as electricity will not be provided.

Standard – $750

This 10’ x 10’ category includes all vendors selling food that is cooked or prepared onsite

Food Truck – $750

Drinks Booth – $600

This 10’ x 10’ category includes all vendors selling drinks that are packaged or prepared onsite

 

Shared Booths

Food Shared Booth – $800

This 10’ x 10’ category includes all vendors selling food that is cooked or prepared onsite.
It is the applicant’s responsibility to find a booth partner and arrange the division of the space.
Only 2 vendors are allowed in the booth.
Please note: Food and non-food vendors cannot share booths, as they will be in separate areas.

Non-Food Shared Booth – $750

This 10’ x 10’ category includes retail items such as clothing, bags, skincare products, books, artwork, and handcrafted goods.
It is the applicant’s responsibility to find a booth partner and arrange the division of the space.
Only 2 vendors are allowed in the booth.
Please note: Food and non-food vendors cannot share booths, as they will be in separate areas.

Drinks Shared Booth – $650

This 10’ x 10’ category includes all vendors selling drinks that are packaged or prepared onsite.
It is the applicant’s responsibility to find a booth partner and arrange the division of the space.
Only 2 vendors are allowed in the booth.

Non-Food, Not-for-Profit & Exhibitor Vending Space

Standard Booth – $600

This 10’ x 10’ category includes retail items such as clothing, bags, skincare products, books, artwork, and handcrafted goods.

Non-Profit – $350

This 10’ x 10’ category is for not-for-profit organizations promoting their services. Limited sales may be permitted, provided all proceeds go directly to support the organization’s mission. Approval is required, and proof of not-for-profit status may be requested.

Exhibitor – $300

This 10’ x 10’ category is for for-profit businesses promoting their services, such as realtors, lawyers, massage practitioners, and similar professionals. Please note sales are not permitted in this category

 

Shared Vending Tables

Food Vending Table – $450

This category includes retail items such as snacks and packaged foods.
Shared tents will be provided, but each vendor must bring one 6-foot table and a chair.
Please note: this 10’ x 20’ booth space will be shared among three vendors and pairings will be arranged by the organizers.

Non-Food Table – $400

This category includes retail items such as clothing, bags, skincare products, books, artwork, and handcrafted goods.
Shared tents will be provided, but each vendor must bring one 6-foot table and a chair.
