VOLUNTEER ROLES
Find Your Role
Volunteer roles may include guest support, setup and takedown, information support, logistics assistance, and other event-day responsibilities.
Gate & Entry
Welcome guests, check credentials, and set the tone for a great experience.
Stage Crew
Support performers, manage backstage flow, and keep energy moving.
Info Booth
Be the face of the festival — answer questions and help guests navigate.
Family Zone
Oversee children's activities, assist families, and keep the Kids Zone thriving.
Vendor Support
Assist vendors with setup, logistics, and on-day needs in the marketplace.
Parade Marshal
Help coordinate the Grand Parade — one of the most exciting volunteer roles.
Media & Comms
Capture moments, assist with social media, and help tell the festival's story.
Site Operations
Keep the grounds clean, welcoming, and fully operational both days.
